Queer Capita is a non-profit diversity development organization for LGBTQ+ professionals in the music industry, founded in New York in 2021. They produce development workshops, resources, and events that shape the music industry into a space where LGBTQ+ professionals can thrive.

As a member of Queer Capita, I went into this rebrand knowing exactly what I wanted to achieve. The idea was to be visibly queer without your typical queer colors and identifiers. The logo as of now, can sit next to your generic corporate logos and stand out as much as it can blend in. In a lot of ways, mirroring exactly what Queer Capita is trying to achieve.

The rest of the brand centers around the fluidity of being queer. I incorporated blobs that can be manipulated, moved and fitted into any way it's needed. No one shape is the same, much like our members of the queer community.
